- Designed and ensured implementation of strategic communication strategies promoting library services to reach and reflect Fairfax County’s majority-minority population.
- Use of digital collection up 29.7% in FY 2022 over FY2019.
- New accounts registered in FY2022 up 19.9% over FY2021.
- Spearheaded implementation of consistent brand identity across library channels, both print and digital; included creation of editorial style guide, accessibility guide and related communication tools.
- Boosted organic Facebook page reach by 12.9% through updated social media strategy.
- Designed and executed successful rollout of multiple major campaigns across all owned channels, including FCPL’s fine-free initiative, a permanent agency-wide change in hours and changes related to COVID-19 precautions.
